Class of 2013 Model Team Search is underway!!!

WOW, we really can’t believe it’s already time to conduct our annual Photoumbra Model Team search! This will be our 4th year doing this and each year our Model program gets bigger and better. Last year we had almost 100 Class of 2012 teens apply from all over Utah!

What do members of the Model Team get? Benefits vary depending on which level you choose to invest in, but all models will receive the following:

#1) FREE model shoot at our studio including professional hair and makeup styling

#2) FREE set of Model cards to share with friends and classmates

Holiday Happenings 2011

This year we are offering a fun, easy and affordable way to check off some of your holiday to-do’s and invite you and your family to come have a special holiday portrait session with us! We have two beautifully designed sets for you to choose from in our studio.

On these select dates in November, we will be offering a limited number of our special “Holiday Vignette Sessions”.

Friday and Saturday, November 18 & 19th

Our Vignette Sessions will include the following for just $99!!!

•A 20 minute session on our Baroque Hall or White Posy Studio Set•
•A pack of 25 Double-Sided Press Printed Holiday Cards with Envelopes•
•1-8×10 and 2-5×7 prints•
*View and order your cards and portraits immediately after your session while your children enjoy some hot chocolate, cookies, and a holiday movie*

Details:

The Holiday Vignette Session includes 2 poses. You may add additional poses to your order for just $15/pose.

Holiday Cards included are 4.5×5 Double-Sided Press Printed. You may upgrade your cards to larger sizes, folded cards, or die cut cards. You may also add on more cards so you don’t leave anyone on your list out!

The session fee includes up to 6 people from the immediate family. You may add more people from your immediate family for $10/person. We kindly ask that extended family not share sessions with you. We are more than happy to schedule you and your extended family back to back and create some larger group portraits together, however each separate family will have to purchase a session time.

Your order will be shipped or available for pickup approximately 2 weeks after.

Senior Portrait Summer Session SALE! | June 6-12th

Today marks the first day of our Summer Session Sale! This is our biggest SALE of the year and definitely the best time to book your high school senior portraits. Class of 2011, why do your senior portraits this summer before your senior year starts? We get that question a lot and here are 5 great reasons to get yours done early.

1. You will save 1/2 off your session if you take advantage our our Summer Sale (must call or book online June 6th-12th). Sessions must be scheduled before August 31st.
2. The weather is nice. Do you know that this spring we had snow in the valley well into May? While the spring can be a great time for portraits, the weather is very unpredictable and with our Spring-time schedule being packed with late comers, we usually don’t have any time to reschedule appointments so you may have to do yours in the rain or snow and might make wearing that cute sun dress or high heals a real challenge.
3. Beat the rush.With many seniors waiting till fall or spring to do their senior portraits, we encourage you to beat the rush and get yours done early! Pre-order your Designer Announcements and get a discount!
4. Sport that summer tan.We all know how long and cold our winters are in Utah and lets face it, unless you are visiting the tanning booth (please don’t!) or vacationing frequently (please do!) you may be a little pale from your winter hibernation. Why not show off that awesome summer glow in your photos and get them done before school starts? (I hope I haven’t offended any goths, I love your look too and I have some great ideas for your portraits…give us call!)

Family Photography | The Zaugg Family

November 4, 2009

Last night we had the opportunity to photograph the Zaugg Family from Ogden. As many of you know, we also do product photography for a few local businesses. We photograph all of Sweet Plume’s designer clothing lines and we recently offered their clients a chance to have some portraits done in their Sweet Plume outfits at a discounted rate. The Zaugg children sported Sweet Plume’s new Noel line and they looked so cute! I am in love with some of these photos, especially the ones of the two older girls, they were so cute together. Here are some of our favs from the session. Let us know what you think! Tomorrow we have another shoot with Sweet Plume, I’m excited to see what new designs they have come up with. I’m a huge fan!
